Typical Standard Supply Includes:

• 140 mm external wall panels, sheathed with 9 mm OSB3 + factory-fitted breather membrane

• 90 mm internal partitions

• In-house manufactured Easi-joist open web floor joists + weather-resistant decking

• All roof timbers: trussed rafters, loose rafters, fascia/soffit boards, tilt fillets, valley boards

• All structural elements: steel, glulam, etc.

• Wall ties and cavity closers

Supply-Only or Supply & Erect

We offer full supply-only or supply and erect options using our experienced erection teams.

Erection service includes:

• All the items above (except wall ties)

• Cranes (where needed)

• Travel and accommodation for erection teams

Insulation Options Available
